How to Order on Line
- Click on the product category you would like to purchase
- All the products in that category will be displayed with thumb nail pictures.
- You can filter category type by clicking on the All Products Drop down box.
- This will provide category type options to choose from
- Click on the type and this will filter the list to just those items
- Once you have selected the item you require click on the item
- This will take you to a page where you can update the quantity you want to order
- Place the cursor over the quantity box and click the up arrow to increase the quantity.
- You can also just highlight the number in the box and type in the number you require.
- Click Add to Cart
- If you want to continue shopping click on the Continue Shopping Button
- This will bring you back to the start screen.
- Repeat the above steps until you have selected all the product you wish to order
- If you want to check out click on the View Cart button
- Enter any special instruction in the Add Special Instruction area such as notes on delivery or how you might want something shipped.
- You will need to enter am Order Number in the Purchase Order Number field in order to proceed to Check Out
- This can be any alpha numeric number
- If you would like a quotation before confirming the order type QUOTE into the Purchase Order Number field and tick the Tick if Quotation Required box.
- This will alert the warehouse to send you a quote for you to approve before processing the order.
- Click the Check Out button
- If you haven’t already logged in you will be asked to before getting access to Check Out Area
- Check the shipping address and Click Shipping Address Correct | Continue to Payment
- You will be informed here what shipping costs will be. If your order is over $75 the order will be shipped Freight Free
- Click Confirm Payment
- You will be advised that payment is on invoice which is your normal method pf payment so nothing changes here
- Click Complete Order
- You will receive an acknowledgement and Thank you for the Order
- Click on Continue Shopping to start your next On-Line order
